The new 'proprietary, research-based and competency-driven' approach to talent management provides companies and search consultants with a common language and framework throughout the recruitment process.
This would increase the alignment between an organisation's strategic hiring needs and the candidates' true potential, the New York Stock Exchange-listed company said in a statement.
"This methodology helps to substantially mitigate the chances of a candidate 'misfit' and is based on research showing that talent management practices have the greatest return on investment when aligned with key success indicators", the statement added.
