Property fund manager Kotak Realty Fund has invested Rs 155 crore in a residential project of Alliance Group of Chennai.
The investment is in the form of structured debt and has a tenure of four years.
The project has a total built up area of four million square feet and saleable Area of 2.9 million sq ft.
