Textile manufacturing firm, KPR Mill, plans to double its processing capacity at a cost of Rs 120 crore.
The project is set to be completed in nine months and the firm plans to fund its expense through internal accruals and debt.
The firm has initiated capacity expansion its processing facility with advanced cold processing technology to meet its additional requirement. The capacity addition is set to double from 25 MT from 50 MT per day.
It is also scaling up its garment capacity from 59 million pieces to 95 million pieces per annum, making it the largest garment manufacturing company in India, the company said.
Advanced continuous process technology eliminates salt usage in the process.
