According to the agreement, all raw materials supplied by ArcelorMittal would be converted into steel by Kremikovtzi, as part of an agency agreement with ArcelorMittal.
The initial production is kept at 60,000 tonnes and would increase in size with simultaneous improvements in the equipments' health.
The co-operation could lead to potential investments in the future.
