Expanding its presence in the country, workforce management solutions provider Kronos today said it will add 200 people to its India team over the next two years.
"We have about 200 people now as part of our engineering and sales team, which is spread over Noida, Mumbai and Bangalore. We would look at doubling this (number) over the next 24 months," Kronos Chief Executive Officer Aron Ain told reporters here.
As part of its expansion plans, the company has opened a new facility in Noida. He, however, declined to comment on the investment details and revenue targets from India.
With clients across 60 countries, Kronos has two other engineering centres in the US and Canada with 500 and 100 people, respectively.
The company, which has about 40 clients in the country, is betting big on verticals like manufacturing, healthcare, retail and government to grow its business in India.
"We are looking at huge opportunities in India as many companies still have manual processes for handling workforce- related issues," Ain said.
Kronos services offers solutions like time and attendance management, absence management and recruitment to clients like Goodyear, Genpact, Aircel, Cummins and Bharat Forge in India.
