Larsen and Tourbo (L&T) bagged order worth Rs 605 crore from the Water and Steel sectors in the last quarter of FY09. The company secured three orders aggregating Rs 416 crore from the Water sector and another order worth Rs 189 crore from the steel sector.
The Mettalurgical, Material Handling and Water Operating Company of L&T’s division will be executing these orders.
These contracts have been awarded by Government of Andhra Pradesh, Delhi Jal Board, Utkal Alumina International and SAIL-IISCO Steel plant.
