L&T Construction said that today that it has new secured orders worth Rs 1,009 crore in the month of November and December so far. Out of this, the building and factories business got orders worth Rs 852 crore for the design and construction of an IT campus facility on NCR region of Delhi and also for the construction of multistoried residential towers in Bengaluru.
The company also said that its metallurgical and minerals handling business in consortium LUET China has received an order valued at Rs 206 crore from SAIL for rebuilding and construction of a coke oven battery at Durgapur Steel Plant in West Bengal. L&T’s share of the order is Rs 157 crore.
