| L&T forays into dredging business |

| Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has made a foray into the dredging business by acquiring a majority stake in International Seaport Dredging, which is Belgian Dredging International NV's Indian arm. According to an official release issued by L&T to the BSE today, the company has infused equity to acquire a 61% stake in International Seaport Dredging. Dredging International will hold the balance 39%. This follows the shareholders |
