IT services provider, L&T Infotech, today announced a strategic partnership with Savvion to provide Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. These will be in the areas of business process modeling, implementation and integration solutions and services to its clientele, a press release issued here stated.
Savvion is a leading business process management company. The BPM marketsize figure is estimated to reach $2.6 billion globally by 2011.
The partnership expands upon L&T Infotech's Business-to-IT Connect that provides cutting-edge solutions and services to clients across multiple continents. Savvion Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) enable organisations to operate more competitively and cost-efficiently.
With Savvion BPM, organisations are able to become more efficient, gain better visibility into their operations and more agility to respond to changing business conditions quickly, the release said.
BPM is a management approach focused on aligning all aspects of an organisation with the needs and wants of clients. It is a holistic management approach that promotes business efficiency and effectiveness while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology.
BPM attempts to improve processes continuously and enables organisations to be more efficient, more effective and more capable of change than a functionally-focused, traditional hierarchical management approach.
