Textile Machinery Manufacturer Lakshmi Machine today announced a net profit of Rs 47.74 crore for the quarter ended June 30, a three per cent decline over the corresponding period last year.

</p><p class='TableClas'>The total income declined to Rs 484.29 crore in the latest quarter, from Rs 500.62 crore last fiscal.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>Shares of the company closed at Rs 1,052.75, up 3.37 per cent on the BSE. </P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
