Lanco Hills, a mixed development project of the diversified Lanco group, announced the launch of phase one of ‘The Mega Mall’, being constructed at a cost of Rs 500 crore here.
Expected to be completed in next 30 months, the mall, to be spread over 3 million sft, will have 12 screen multiplex, premium shopping options, gaming zones, roof gardens, dining options, hypermarkets and multi-level parking space for 5000 cars.
“The concept of the mall is in line with the promise of Lanco Hills to offer everything under one roof from luxury homes to office spaces to shopping and entertainment zones,” the company stated in a release on Friday, adding this “will be the largest mall in south India, and one of the main highlights of Lanco Hills.”
