Launch of MGM channel likely

STAR DEN Media Services— the distribution joint venture between News Corp’s STAR India and cable company DEN Digital Entertainment Network—has announced that it will launch the MGM Channel owned by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios on Indian cable television. MGM is a classic movies channel.
