The renaming, which was done last week, is aimed at immediate recognition of the company's core business-software testing and also to aid in the company's development internationally, a press release issued here said.
"The change in name and the brand strategy that follows is a determining stage in our development that makes Smartesting, a global leader in software test automation by 2010, with a targeted turnover of more than 100 million Euros", says Laurent Py, the CEO of Smartesting.
Besides its name, the company is also changing its logo and signature line, the release added.
