Nanjangud Industries Association (NIA) in association with HRM Consultants, Bangalore is launching its new and innovative son-et-lumiere (light and sound presentation) on the "Joy of Working" in Kannada, for the first time in India on November 27 in Mysore. |
The programme aims at bringing joy and pride to a worker in whatever capacity he is working, whether at the grassroot level or top level. |
According to NIA vice-president V Ravichandra, not all get the jobs they like. Studies have revealed that more than 90 per cent in this world are not fortunate to choose the work they want. That does not mean that they should go frustrated and put in less effort. They can make their jobs worthwhile by continuing to work happily and putting in 100 per cent effort. |
With this background, HRM Consultants, for the first time, have designed this novel workshop and to enrich the lives of individuals so as to make them better workers. The NIA focus is on all employees, including managers at all levels, working individually or in industries as diverse as B P O, IT, non-IT companies and other service industries. |
The topics to be covered will be: why work, how to work, six positive attitudes to work, six wonders of man, and the eight noble paths of Buddha. |
All these aspects will be effectively presented on an illuminated stage through live presentations, ballet, video, silhouette and shadow effects along with analysis on each aspect. |
Joint director of factories H Srinivasaiah will inaugurate the workshop and address the gathering. |
