Lyka Labs allots 4.25 lakh pref shares

Lyka Labs has allotted 2,00,000 equity warrants to promoters and 2,25,000 warrants to business associates, NRIs and domestic investors on preferential basis.

This was announced in a release issued by the company to the BSE today. The release, however, did not mention the price of allotments.
