Mahindra forays into IT outsourcing, engg services

 Utility vehicles and tractors maker Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) is venturing into two new businesses: outsourcing services for information technology, human resources and administration; and engineering services.

 The company has already up a separate subsidiary, Mahindra Engineering Services, for the foray.
