Manali Petrochemical net profit dropped 73 per cent to Rs 17.38 lakh during the third quarter ended December 2008 as compared to Rs 65.44 lakh for the same period last year. The company’s total income rose by 5 per cent to Rs 83 crore from Rs 79 crore in the same quarter last year. Other income dropped 41 per cent to Rs 58.54 lakh from Rs 99.12 lakh in the corresponding period last year.
