Hyderabad-based Manjeera Constructions Limited has posted a Rs 22.96-lakh net loss for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012. The company’s net profit during the corresponding quarter last year stood at Rs 4.42 crore.
Net sales grew 10.13% to Rs 48.70 crore, as compared to Rs 44.22 crore in the same period a year ago.
For the full year, the net profit declined 24.58% to Rs 9.51 crore, as against Rs 12.61 crore last year. Net sales for the full year increased 53.64% to Rs 191.34 crore, as compared to Rs 124.54 crore.
The company’s scrip is currently trading at Rs 101 on BSE, up 7.45% over the previous close of Rs 94.
