Manjushree Extrusions, the Bangalore-based plastic packaging company, will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) after delisting from the Ahmedabad, Calcutta and Gauhati stock exchanges.
Further, the company will change its name to Manjushree Global, or such other name as may be considered appropriate by the managing director, following approval in the annual general meeting, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
The board has also decided to invest Rs 10 crore to further expand capacity to manufacture PET/Monolayer containers.
