Speaking to Business Standard, Snehal Mantri, director, Mantri Developers, said, aiming at bigger residential projects was part of the company's pursuit to build more houses each year. |
The company, which has its presence in Bangalore, Chennai and now in Pune has proposed to develop two projects with a total of 1,000 to 1,200 apartments in Hyderabad in the next two years. |
The price range of these units would begin from Rs 70 lakh depending on the size of the apartment, the least of which is 2,000 sft. |
