Mantri to go for 3,000-apartment project

Bangalore-based real estate developer, Mantri Developers Private Limited, is planning to take up a much bigger residential project of 3,000 apartments, compared with its previous biggest project that had 1,200 apartments.
 
Speaking to Business Standard, Snehal Mantri, director, Mantri Developers, said, aiming at bigger residential projects was part of the company's pursuit to build more houses each year.
 
The company, which has its presence in Bangalore, Chennai and now in Pune has proposed to develop two projects with a total of 1,000 to 1,200 apartments in Hyderabad in the next two years.
 
The price range of these units would begin from Rs 70 lakh depending on the size of the apartment, the least of which is 2,000 sft.
