IT company Mastek Ltd has reported more than ten-fold increase in net profit in the second quarter ended December 2004 to Rs 11.69 crore compared with Rs one crore recorded for the same period of the previous year and also announced an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share. |
The company's total income increased to Rs 47.23 crore in Q2 against Rs 27.09 crore in the same period a year ago, a growth of 74 per cent. The group posted a consolidated net profit of 12.81 crore in Q2 against the last fiscal's Rs 4.1 crore, a 212 per cent increase, Mastek informed BSE. Total consolidated income has increased to Rs 140 crore in Q2 from Rs 104 crore in the same period last fiscal. |
