Mumbai-based Mastek, an offshore outsourcing service and IT applications company, is planning to set up four development centres in Chennai.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>The company acquired 15 acre of land in Mahindra World City at Maramallai Nagar, 30 kms from Chennai.</P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>The first phase of the project will be ready by September first week and will employee 1500 people, said R S Desikan, group CFO and finance director, Mastek. </P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>By 2011-12 all the four phases will be ready and the company will employee 6000 people, he added. Once the first phase of the project is ready the company will take state government jobs and few insurance companies from both domestic and overseas, said Desikan.<BR></P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
