Mawana Sugars plans Rs 565cr capex

 The board of directors of the company, which met today, approved the  investment to expand the crushing capacity of Mawana Sugar Works (MSW), Titawi Sugar Complex (TSC) and Nanglamal Sugar.

 The company is also planning to set up co-generation plants at the units
along with a distillery at TSC and Nanglamal Sugar, the release added.
