Max to divest VSAT business to Bharti

The board of directors of Max India will meet today to consider a proposal to divest its wholly-owned subsidiary, CMax Infocom, in favour of Bharti Infotel, a subsidiary of Bharti Tele-Ventures.

According to a release issued by Max to the BSE today, CMax Infocom holds the entire equity share capital of Comsat Max, which is a VSAT service provider.
