Maytas Infra has informed the National Stock Exchange that R C Sinha, non executive director and chairman of Maytas Infra tendered his resignation from directorship as well as chairmanship of the company owing to personal reasons.
His resignation has been communicated by him vide letter dated January 6, 2009.
