Maytas Infra, a company promoted by the kin of disgraced Satyam founder, B Ramalinga Raju, today said the company had postponed its board meeting, which was scheduled for yesterday.
"The meeting of the board of directors, as scheduled to be held on April 10, has been postponed," Maytas Infra said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
However, the company did not disclose any reason behind the postponement of the board meeting.
On Thursday, the company had said that its board would meet on April 10 to discuss overall business of the company, besides the appointment of government nominated directors -- K Ramalingam and Anil K Agarwal -- on the board of the firm.
