Maytas Infra, the company promoted by the kin of disgraced Satyam founder, B Ramalinga Raju, today said that its board meeting, scheduled for Friday, stood postponed.
“The meeting of the board of directors, as scheduled to be held on April 10, has been postponed,” Maytas Infra said.
On Thursday, the company had said that its board would meet on April 10 to discuss the overall business of the company, besides the appointment of government-nominated directors, K Ramalingam and Anil K Agarwal, on the board.
