Engineering firm McNally Bharat said it has sold two per cent stake in its arm McNalli Sayaji Engineering to Mauritius based investor EIG. The company sold 148,598 shares for a total consideration of Rs 1.4 8 million, the compay said.
After the sale, the company' shareholding in McNally Sayaji Engineering fell to 86.05 per cent of the issued capital from 88.07 per cent earlier, it said.
The company's shares were trading at Rs 183, which was 3.58 per cent lower than Tuesday's close.
