Media Video raises Rs 80.61cr

The board of directors of Media Video, which met today, has allotted 2,68,68,226 convertible warrants to Bennett, Coleman & Company, NRIs, promoters and other investors totaling Rs 80.605 crore.

According to a release issued by Media Video to the BSE today, the allotments have been made at Rs 30 per warrant on preferential basis.
