Megasoft, Visual merger at 5:8 ratio

The board of directors of Megasoft and Visualsoft Technologies today approved a stock swap ratio of 5:8 i.e five shares of Megasoft for every eight shares of Visualsoft.

According to releases issued by both the companies to the BSE today, the swap ratio was based on the recommendations of Price Waterhouse and Keynote.
