He will be in charge of developing Metso Minerals' business in India, implementing strategy in current lines of business and preparing the ground for new ones to be launched, the release added.
"India is a priority market for Metso and our business has grown rapidly in the past five years," Srivastava said.
Metso Minerals is a global supplier of solutions, equipment and services for rock and minerals processing.
