MIC bags Rs 24-crore orders

MIC Electronics Limited has bagged multiple orders aggregating Rs 23.89 crore. These include an order worth Rs 6.63 crore from the UP New and Renewable Energy Development Agency for supply of LED solar street lighting systems and a Rs 5.87-crore order from the Indian Railways to supply true-colour LED display systems and emergency lighting systems, a release said.

Satyam: HSBC official examined

The special court on Thursday examined Rakesh Patwari, vice-president of HSBC’s corporate banking wing. Patwari, one of the officials from six banks which are CBI’s witnesses in the case, will be cross-examined by the Satyam founder B Ramalinga Raju’s counsel on November 30.
