Micro Inks gets 3-yr, $29mn deal from Perry Judd

US-based Micro Inks Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Austria-based Micro Inks GmbH which, in turn, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Micro Inks, has signed an exclusive ink supply agreement with US-based Perry Judd's Incorporated for three years w.e.f January 1, 2006.

According to a release issued by Micro Inks to the BSE today, the aggregate value of the agreement is estimated at $29.57 million and the annual value will be approximately $9.85 million.
