Minda Group, Swiss firm Kaba ink 50:50 JV deal

Kaba Holding, the largest Swiss maker of security systems, and Minda Group have set up a key production and distribution joint venture with each company holding 50% stake.

The venture will operate in the key replacement market as well as supply to the Indian car, motorcycle and lock industry, the Ruemlang, Switzerland-based company said.
