Mid-size IT & RD services company Mindtree on Friday announced a new brand identity as part of the company’s new strategy to transform itself to an expertise-led organisation.
The company said that the new brand identity is a strategic component of Mindtree's vision of becoming a billion-dollar company.
It will bring alive the new values of "collaborative spirit, unrelenting dedication and expert thinking," it added.
"Mindtree is looking confidently at the future, standing on the strong foundation that we built in the last 13 years. Our difference is our unique approach, balancing human perspective with deep strategic thinking, which enables us to create possibilities to help our clients succeed," Subroto Bagchi, chairman, Mindtree Limited, said.
Mindtree's new logo of multiple strands weaving into a harmonious hub represents the meeting of minds and technology, and speaks of humanity, while projecting a forward looking momentum.
The new tagline -- Welcome to possible – will express the brand mission, values and promise, it said.

Designed by Los Angeles based Siegel + Gale, the brand identity highlights the company's differentiated approach to its global customers.
It will be appealing for the younger audience, who form the global talent pool of the future, the company said.
Siegel + Gale, which is one of the top three branding companies in the world, has worked with leading technology brands like Dell, SAP, Microsoft and Motorola.
Mindtree reported revenues of Rs 1,915.2 crore in fiscal 2012 and employs close to 11,000 people worldwide.
