Mittal-Arcelor: Arcelor to name CEO:Kinsch

According to a statement made by Joseph Kinsch, chairman of the board of Arcelor, a short while ago at a joint press conference with Mittal Steel, the CEO of the new steel company Arcelor-Mittal will be proposed by Arcelor.

Guy Dolle, president of the management board & CEO of Arcelor will
help in the integration process, Kinsch said.
