MKT 'MAY'HEM: SYSTEMS IN PLACE, SAYS SEBI

Sebi chairman M Damodaran said there is no problems of liquidity right now. "All systems are in place, and settlements have gone well," Damodaran said.

Talking to NDTV Profit, Damodaran asked investors not to go by rumours, but go by facts.

"System has responded adequately to market movements, and all market procedures would be followed," he added.

Damodaran added that the regulator was in touch  with the finance ministry and RBI for co-ordination.
