MMTC FY08 net up 63% at Rs 206cr

MMTC today reported a 63% increase in net profit at Rs 206.15 crore in 2007-08 when compared with Rs 126.80 crore in FY07. Total income increased from Rs 23,347.31 crore to Rs 26,313.57 crore.

For the last quarter of the previous fiscal, the company recorded a growth of 132% in net profit at Rs 90.62 crore when compared with Rs 38.90 crore in the comparable quarter last year. Total income increased from Rs 4 889.57 crore to Rs 9,421.60 crore.
