Engaged in textile activities, Mohit Industries Ltd has placed orders of two DTY (polyester textile yarn) machines for Rs 2.1 crore. Out of these machines, one is already installed and the second one will be installed in next 15 days.
These machines will increase the company's yarn production by 3000 MT per annum amounting to approximately Rs 27 crore.
Also, the company has started exporting DTY yarn to various countries like South Africa, Thailand, Peru, Algeria, Vietnam etc. It has already exported yarn worth Rs 1.3 crore in the month of August and has further orders for similar amount.
