Ahmedabad-based chemicals maker, Meghmani Organics Ltd (MOL) has posted over 43 per cent fall in the net profit at Rs 1.68 crore for the quarter ended March 2012, against Rs 2.99 crore in the corresponding period previous year. Company's net sales for the period stood at Rs 174.57 crore down by over 9 per cent from Rs 193.25 crore in the same period previous year, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday.
MOL registered net loss of Rs 18 lakh for the quarter ended March 2012.
