Mold-Tek Packaging Limited, the Hyderabad-based plastic packaging product manufacturer, reported a 90.24 per cent dip in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 10.19 lakh for the second quarter ended September 30, 2012, as against Rs 1.04 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Total operating income of the company stood at Rs 8.84 crore in the quarter, as against Rs 7.34 crore in the same period a year ago, reflecting a 20.44 per cent rise. And total expenditure grew 32.97 per cent to Rs 8.63 crore, as compared to R 6.49 crore in the same quarter last year, according to a company release.
Mold-Tek Packaging's scrip is currently trading at Rs 52 on Bombay Stock Exchange, down 2.21 per cent over the previous close of Rs 52.15.
