Monsterindia.com, the careers website, has entered into a strategic alliance with Rediff.com. Under the agreement, Monsterindia.com will become the exclusive career-search gateway for rediff.com users.
The site will offer instant access to Monster's global jobs database of over a million opportunities, its resume builders and career content.
The two companies will also create co-branded sites, enabling members and visitors to Rediff.com to search for jobs, utilise job search agents, apply and submit resumes online, personalise the area to help with their job search, and research companies offering jobs.

The partnership is part of Rediff.com's India strategy to provide niche quality services across specialised areas of interest such as the jobs by associating with focused multinational companies like Monsterindia.com.

The two companies will engage in significant online cross promotion to promote the new co-branded site.
