Compact disc maker Moser Baer India today said it will buy back 20 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB)s for $500,000 (nearly Rs 2.43 crore).
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Moser Baer India informed that it would repurchase 20 convertible bonds for an amount of $500,000.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 63.50, up 1.2% on the BSE.
