Motherson Sumi may issue bonus shares

The board of directors of Motherson Sumi Systems will meet on January 7, 2005 to consider issue of bonus shares. This was announced in a release issued to the BSE today.

The stock is frozen at its 20% upper limit at Rs 104 - up Rs 17. The counter has clocked a volume of 7.65 lakh shares.
