Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd (MIAL), the GVK-led consortium operating the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with three public sector oil companies to set up a joint venture company. It is being established for an integrated aviation fuelling facility at CSIA.
The three oil companies are Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. The Mumbai Aviation Fuel Farm Facility Pvt Ltd is to have 25 per cent shareholding by each by the partners, namely, MIAL, IOC, HPCL and BPCL.
