The Madras High Court today directed two unions and the MRF management to maintain a status quo, subject to the management taking a decision on the wage settlement agreement of May 9 this year.
The HC was hearing a petition filed by the MRF United Workers Union (MUWU), asking for an interim injunction restraining the management from bringing into effect the so-called settlement of May 9, according to the union’s council.
