Close on the heels of the private cellular companies in Delhi and Mumbai announcing a tariff reduction, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) has bettered it by announcing unlimited calls for a flat fee of Rs 1,900. The company has also revised its tariff plan for its prepaid card and has introduced two new plans in Mumbai.
