A G Krishnamurthy, the chairman and managing director of Mudra Communications, will retire from his post on March 31.
Krishnamurthy, who has spent 23 years with Mudra Communications, will be replaced by Madhukar Kamat, his former colleague in Mudra and currently chief executive officer of a Mumbai-based advertising agency.
He will formally hand over charges to Kamat on Mach 31, his last day in the office. Sources in Mudra said the agency is also expected to see a few top-level changes following Krishnamurthy
