Multinational NHIT signs MoU with KCET

P Dayaparan, Executive Director NHIT, said in a release here today that as per the MoU, signed yesterday, the NHIT would start a software development centre in the college, where students will learn and work on live projects.     

The live projects not only include software for international clients like Google but also economical software like e-governance, e-ration cards, e-commerce for government organizations.     

 

The profit from these projects will be shared equally by NHIT and the KCET.     

KCET plans to invest 50 per cent of the profit share on the improving infrastructure of the college.     

NHIT is also in the process of signing MoUs with some colleges in Trichy, with a vision of creating a pool of talented IT professionals in tier-II cities, the release said.
