Nagarjuna Agrichem today recorded 137.61 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 18.13 crore during the third quarter ended December 31, 2008, as compared to Rs 7.63 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter under review rose to Rs 158.24 crore against Rs 106.75 crore. The other operating income of the company fell to Rs 1.74 crore from Rs 2.54 crore.
Meanwhile, the company has appointed Ashok Muni as director and chief operating officer (COO).
